By law you are entitled to claim for compensation for your injuries and for any losses you have incurred that have directly arisen from the accident – we call these General Damages and Special Damages – and it aims to put you back in the position you would have been in.
General Damages
In order to determine how much General Damages you can receive it is important to obtain a medical report as this is your medical evidence to support how much compensation you deserve for your injuries. Moderate Whiplash Injuries
These are generally worth anywhere around £5,000 – £15,000
Severe Whiplash
